Abstract For human resource managers that want to foster a team learning environment that promotes a way for members to rehearse, experiment, assess, and reflect the practice has to see how the tools can be truly integrated. According to Senge, team learning is a team skill that requires practice fields as a concept for team members to practice together so that they can develop their collective learning skills. This study attempts to extend the work of Senge's theory of a practical field with in-depth information so that the model can be utilized by human resource manager for supporting the discipline of team learning. Literature works are done to revise the four practical precepts. The refined model is applied as a case study methodology on an organization resembling the conceptual procedure. An analysis is provided for developing the four team learning skills, along with a discussion and conclusion at the end of the study.
