| Abstract | This research wasthe mixed method that aimed to evaluate the SocialReturn on Investment (SROI) toward the Elderly Health Care Development Program of Nont-NoneSubdistrict Administrative Organization, Warinchamrap Distirct, Ubon Ratchathani Province under the fiscal year 2015-2016. The stakeholders were comprised of three groups such as elderly patients, caretaker, and cousin or caretaker of elderly people. The data collection approaches were the unstructured interview and the focus group. Tool for analysis wasthe social return on investment evaluation form. The results revealed that both the monetary and non-monetary factors were adapted for two years operatingtheprogram. The currentworth ofthis programwas 356,514 baht. The worth of operational benefit was 562,005.97 baht. These were presented that the Social Return of Investment was 1.58 more than 1.00. This revealed that the Elderly Health CareDevelopment Program was worth of investment. This meant that one baht on investment enabled the Social Return on Investment to be worth as 1.58 baht. |
