Abstract This study aims at analyzing Thai’s attitude toward telepharmacy, a newly adopted medicinal platform among pharmacies in Thailand. Secondary research, from numerous published reliable sources, was used to gather data and gain insights related to the attitudes of Thais toward telepharmacy. Primary research was later used to collect data from 30 in-depth interviews. It found that attitudes do play the vital role of the telepharmacy adoption as only the distance of pharmacies alone that seems to be the key factor for attracting customers is not the knockout strategy for customer adoption. Instead, reliability, pricing strategies, and convenience have proved to be more effective.Challenges for pharmacies to cope with are, therefore, based on the effective way to convince customers to adopt the telepharmacy service by providing more economic products, lower delivery expense, and convenience including time-saving services.
