Abstract Thailand is very famous for food. There are a variety kind of foods and many restaurants from fine dining to food stalls. But the eating behavior of Thai people has been changing from the past. They are more time-constraint and seek for more convenience. Hence, there is a gap in the market for food delivery. In addition, it was found that more than 89% of Thai consumer want to consume food and beverage which good to their health, freshness, and no toxic. The objective of the study is to understand the eating behavior food delivery of customer in Thailand. And understand the factor which influences customer to order the food deliver in Thailand. The study set independent variables which were situation, menu, price, demographic, past experience, and location as hypothesis. The dependent variables are How many times to order food delivery per month, Budget for ordering food delivery per meal, and budget for ordering food delivery per month. Hence, it would be benefit for reader who wants to grow the business and food delivery service.Both qualitative and quantitative research were used in the study. After had got the information from secondary data, in-depth of interview was conducted to find the insight and set key variables for developing the quantitative research. For quantitative research, an online questionnaire was conducted. The questionnaire was analyzed by using the Statistical Program for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The data was examined using frequencies, percentages, analysis of variances (ANOVA), correlations, other appropriate statistical analysis as deemed necessary.The findings from the study found that two of the most influential factors to order the food delivery are past order experience and variety of menu. The restaurant owner can get these factors to trigger customer to order food delivery.
