Abstract The effects of pollution and environmental issue become increasingly important in Thailand nowadays. As buildings are found to be one of the biggest consumers of energy as well as producer of greenhouse gases, “Green Buildings” in Thailand were first introduced in 2007 and have grown from 55 buildings in 2012 to 240 buildings in 2017 (Umsakul, 2018). This means that the demand for sustainable design and construction in Thailand is increasing rapidly. It is found by Yudelson (2018) that “Green building is one that considers and reduces its impact on the environment and human health”. The purpose of this research is to understand the level of knowledge, perception, and attitude of Thai adult citizens toward green condominium in order to develop green condominium industry in Thailand. This research was done by two research designs, exploratory research and descriptive research methods to gather primary and secondary data. Exploratory research design consists of a trustworthy secondary data, and in-depth interviews. The descriptive research design was done using quantitative research in gathering the data, thus self-administered online questionnaire was employed in this section. The quantitative data collected from questionnaires were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Findings from this research showed that most of the respondents got a wrong understanding about green building, their level of knowledge was still low. But after respondents were educated about green building and its benefits, their perception and attitude were high and having a significant relationship with health-conscious and environmental conscious behavior. From the analysis, the perception of consumers had a strong relationship with the willingness to pay a price premium. The level of knowledge and perception should be raised in order to improve the attitude.
