ปัจจัยดึงดูดชาวต่างชาติศักยภาพสูงเข้ามาอยู่อาศัยในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การสำรวจปัจจัยดึงดูดชาวต่างชาติศักยภาพสูงมาอยู่อาศัยในประเทศไทย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยใช้ การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างชาวต่างชาติศักยภาพสูงที่อยู่อาศัยในประเทศไทย ทั้งกลุ่มวัยเกษียณอายุและกลุ่มวัยทำงาน ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 25–65 ปี ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจของชาวต่างชาติศักยภาพสูงนั้น ประกอบด้วย 6 ปัจจัยหลัก และ 20 ปัจจัยย่อย โดยปัจจัยสำคัญที่ชาวต่างชาติศักยภาพสูงทั้งกลุ่มวัยเกษียณและวัยทำงานให้ความคิดเห็นที่สอดคล้องกันคือค่าครองชีพเหมาะสมกับคุณภาพชีวิตที่สูงขึ้น วัฒนธรรมความเป็นมิตรและเอื้อเฟื้อ และ การบริการด้านสุขภาพเข้าถึงง่ายมีมาตรฐานระดับโลก ปัจจัยที่ 2 กลุ่มให้ความสำคัญแตกต่างกันคือ กลุ่มวัยทำงานให้ความสำคัญกับโอกาสในการทำงานและการมีทางเลือกในการใช้ชีวิตหลากหลายตรงตามไลฟ์สไตล์ที่ต้องการมากกว่า ในขณะที่กลุ่มวัยเกษียณอายุให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยและสภาพแวดล้อมที่สงบสุข ภูมิอากาศที่ไม่แปรปรวนร้อนจัดหรือหนาวจัด โดยสรุปชาวต่างชาติศักยภาพสูงไม่ได้เลือกที่มาอยู่อาศัยในเมืองไทยเนื่องจาก ค่าครองชีพต่ำ แต่พวกเขาให้ความสำคัญกับความหลากหลายของทางเลือกในการใช้ชีวิตที่ตรงกับไลฟ์สไตล์ที่ต้องการและคุณภาพชีวิตที่สูงขึ้นจากเงินที่จ่ายไป การค้นพบใหม่นี้เน้นย้ำว่าเราสามารถเพิ่มปัจจัยดึงดูดกลุ่มคนเหล่านี้ด้วยการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต อย่างไรก็ตามชาวต่างชาติศักยภาพสูงระบุว่าอุปสรรคของกฎหมายประเด็นของความโปร่งใสชัดเจนของกฎหมาย เสถียรภาพรัฐบาลและความต่อเนื่องของนโยบายต้องปรับปรุง การศึกษานี้มีส่วนช่วยให้เข้าใจถึงปัจจัยและอุปสรรคในการดึงดูดชาวต่างชาติศักภาพสูงเข้ามาอยู่อาศัยในประเทศไทย ซึ่งยังไม่มีงานวิจัยในอดีตที่สำรวจแนวคิดของชาวต่างชาติศักยภาพสูงกลุ่มนี้ ข้อค้นพบจากการศึกษานี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ในอนาคตต่อนักวิจัยที่พัฒนาการศึกษาเชิงลึกถึงผลการะทบด้านกฎหมายต่อความต้องการเป็นเจ้าของที่อยู่อาศัยของชาวต่างชาติในประเทศไทย รวมถึงผลกระทบการเป็นเจ้าของที่อยู่อาศัยของชาวต่างชาติต่อคนไทย ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการบริหารจัดการเพื่อรองรับความต้องการที่แตกต่างกันของชาวต่างชาติได้อย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อสร้างการเติบโตของประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน
